The GLS Institute of Design thinks it's important for students to be taught in a methodical way in the classroom. The institute has a strong commitment to this. Our minds and beliefs are hardwired for this. To get students involved individually and as a group, there are often interactive sessions where students talk about course briefs. These sessions are conducted to encourage student participation. Oftentimes, the initial phase of the learning process consists of a series of "warm-up" tasks, the purpose of which is to lay the groundwork for the primary endeavour that will follow. Despite this, there are ongoing mentorship sessions throughout the various phases of design thinking and processes. We make it a point to initiate group discussions with the objective of obtaining a well-rounded education as our primary focus. By presenting their assignments in front of the class, the faculty encourages students to improve their articulation skills. This is required of the students. The display of student work is a crucial component of the overall educational experience.
